If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give NM notice 48 hours or more in advance. Within 48 hours there will be a 50% charge for scheduled services. Any notice given within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge for that appointment. If you no call no show you will not be able to reschedule until 100% of your missed service fee is paid.

We value our clients and their time. We also value our stylists and estheticians time. The fees are to compensate for their time & wages lost. NOT paying the fee can result in not being able to book future appointments at Native Mane.
